It is a spicy-aromatic mixture without salt.
It is used for pickling, baking, extinguishing and frying of poultry (hen, goose, turkey), and also added to stuffing from a poultry. Use according to the culinary recipes.
Ingredients: rosemary, thyme, marjoram, salvia, basil, savory, juniper.
